As these days goes hot in Berlin with 32C, it´s time for a freezing Rosé. One of my favourite representative since many years comes from Somontano. It´s a powerful Rosé from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and could be served as a good substitution for a red wine. Heavy bouquet of bilberry. On the palate a basket of red fruits.........red currant, raspberry. Good acidity and you have not the feeling that you are standing in a candy-shop, as many Rosé´s are so sticky sweet.

Perfect match for a barbecue, fingerfood and Gateau d´aubergines. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.
