A Cuvée of Spätburgunder/Pinot Noir and Schwarzriesling/Pinot Meunier. Nice perfume of red currant. Gorgeous fresh Sekt from the best producer in Germany with flavors of blossoms, walnut and a hint of fig.  At the beginning, this Blanc de Noir is a little bit like a wine, we call this in german "weinig", but develops nicely during the night and gain more density and body.

Of course, he  shows edges and lacks of big complexity, but solid bubble-water for daily-business and  offers a good value for around 12 Euro.  Finally, I strongly recommend you his TOP Sekt "Triumvirat".
