This Riesling Kabinett trocken has a fine mineral bouquet.

This minerality continues on the palate in addition with some lime and grapefruit. But where is the fruit? Where the  structure? Where the lingering finish?  Also less body and less balance. Only an artificial attached acidity is noticable.

No hope of development.......
