This Weißburgunder/Pinot Blanc from Dr. Loosen exhibits an array of pears and spice aromas. Good lush medium body combined with not a huge acidity makes it a perfect match for white asparagus.  Of course, he shows not a big complexity, but is a solid easy-drinking wine.
