Intense golden colour. Bouquet of almond, pastry and vanilla. Dense, bold, creamy on the palate with baked apple, brioche, spice, espresso and a fine perlage/mousse. This bubble-water has charm, but lacks of complexity for the true Champagne-connaisseur. I read that this is the house-champagne of El Bulli, who knows?!
