This Riesling was one of the Superstar of the 2003 "Große Gewächse" (Grand Cru)  and started a fulminant comback of the Diel wines in Germany. Kudos to Mr. Diel for this great wine, as normally the hot vintage 2003 produced soo many bold, overheated Riesling´s. But as one german wine-critic said "God lived at the region Nahe in 2003".

A captivating nose of blossoms, minerality and a touch of petrol. Very refined texture! On the one hand opulent almost creamy flavors like honey, on the other hand a certain playfulness with flavors of blossoms, lime, meadow-herbs and a grip minerality. Your palate will be wrapped up in silk which shows the breathtaking grace and noblesse of this Riesling. Excellent!
