This kind of trocken Riesling I could drink bottle after bottle. Classic Kabinett, which means a playful Riesling, juicy fruit flavors, refreshing, light on his feet, good food-partner, conciliate drinking pleasure and shows no intention to be a "Großes Gewächs" (Grand Cru).

Notes of minerality, blossoms and grapefruite.  Refreshing palate presence with a crisp acidity, flavors of key lime pie and peach. Inciting drinking pleasure!

Nice as an Aperitif, solo at the balcony/ garden in the summer, for spicy asia food and for all dishes besides meat.
